Demi Lovato has released a new trailer for her documentary ‘Dancing With The Devil’, the new tell-all about her life in the industry plus the hard truths. The project is the second YouTube Originals docu-series after Justin Bieber’s ‘Seasons’ in partnership with YouTube Originals and SB Projects.
Demi has had a really tough time in the industry but she is one of the only young females who is open to all the struggles with eating disorders, anxiety and near-death experiences. She has always shared her stories with fans and has been an inspiration to young people all over the world, showing us it’s okay to be vulnerable and talk about difficult experiences. Demi has always been a star who has faced her fears publicly and inspired many young teens that it’s OK not to be OK. This is not what a typical pop star does but Demi has developed a special connection with her audience built trust and loyalty with her fans.
One of the only Disney stars who have been honest about their struggles from a young age, but have used all this in a positive manner to put into music to inspire others.
Documentary – Dancing With The Devil
The 4-part documentary series will show Demi speak in much more detail about these extremely difficult experiences, and the purpose is to show others how tricky the lifestyle is. The media blow up your image to be “perfect” however mentally it is very difficult for artists especially in today’s social media-filled world.

Background – Who is Demi Lovato?
Demi Lovato started her career as a child actor, her breakthrough role was the love interest of Joe Jonas in Disney movie Camp Rock. In 2008 Camp Rock featuring Demi Lovato and The Jonas Brothers became a hit TV movie, where Demi famously falls in love with Joe from a beautiful romance scene.
Popstar Demi Lovato first started her career acting in ‘Barney and Friends’ at the age of 15, however, she had been bullied for this and already had a tough time in the industry from a young age. She has been very successful and has since starred in the hit Disney TV show ‘Sonny With A Chance’ which had been broadcast in over 20 countries globally and had a video game version. The show gave Demi her big break and landed her the movie role in Camp Rock, also starring The Jonas Brothers.
