Training can be difficult for some of us and I admit for me it’s not the most fun part of keeping fit, I’d much rather prefer playing sports or going on long walks. Why not try listening to music to motivate you and build a routine for your fitness goals.

Some steps to follow:
  • Write a list of your goals
  • Decide the frequency of your workouts, 2-4x a week
  • Duration of your workouts
  • Mix it up with gym style and sports – Try yoga, walking, using stairs and chairs around the house. Who needs equipment?
  • Weight yourself every 2 weeks to track your progress
  • Stick to it and be patient with the results
