You might be against it, but everyone has jumped on the trend. It can get very hostile and negative staying in one place at home, but lighten up your day with some humour on Tik Tok. The app has endless content, dance challenges, meme’s and pranks on loved ones.

While you’re stuck at home try our favourite challenges:

  • ‘Oh na na na’ dance challenge
  • Stair shuffle
  • Savage dance

10. Go out for a walk/jog/run ONLY at odd hours of the day

5am-7am still is a clean slate, but for anyone going out at 12pm and between 4pm-7pm just remember it might be busier and you may struggle to social distance, if you see more than ten people out in close proximity then try keep your distance as much as possible.

Research has shown it only takes 20 days to in-still a new habit, whether it’s brushing your teeth twice a day, completing a new online course or cooking, you’ve got this!
