Capital’s Summertime Ball is back after 3 years
The biggest summer event is back at Wembley Stadium on June 12th, the full lineup will be revealed on Tuesday morning, on the 26th of April.
Over 1000 days have passed since the last ball at Wembley, and 90,000 people gathered to join the biggest radio station for the biggest summer party of the year! Every year fans flock to Wembley to dance their hearts out and sing along with their favourite artists, previous line-ups have included Justin Bieber, Usher, Jax Jones, JLS, Stefflon Don and Little Mix.
This year Roman Kemp, Sonny and Sian revealed some of the star-studded line-up this morning, and have teased more celebs will be announced in the next few days. The breakfast show presenters revealed emojis and played tracks by the artists live on air, before guessing who the next guest might be. The morning was very intense and the intense sound effects on the radio did not help, fans would be on the edge of their seat tweeting in with excitement and guessing which of their artists would be revealed next. Sonny and Sian hysterically guessed the artist line up and created funny morning radio for us. And slowly each artist was revealed one by one, including Mabel, Tate McRae & Mimi Webb.
So far, stars including Ed Sheeran, KSI, Joel Corry and Harry Styles are all performing at the big summer bash. Let’s get our bad habits in order and go on holiday, in the sunshine, as it was.
