Happy birthday, Mr. Bieber, the first one as a married man, wishing you many more to come.
The great Justin Bieber, YouTube-made star has turned 26 today!
Justin was born on 1st March 1994 to mother Pattie Mallette. The young star grew up in Ontario, Canada. His mother first uploaded a video of Justin performing Ne-Yo – So Sick on Youtube, to show family and friends who couldn’t make it to the performance.
A little while later this caught the attention of Scooter Braun, Usher and Justin Timberlake, who were all in a race to sign the young star. It led to Scooter and Usher teaming up, immediately flying the young boy to LA to meet and discuss options, while Justin Timberlake was also preparing a record deal and getting ready to mentor little Justin. However, the battle was won by Scooter and Usher, who signed Justin to the RBMG management group. Justin Bieber was officially discovered and signed at the tender age of 13.

Where is he now?
Justin has now married Hailey Baldwin, daughter of actor Alec Baldwin. The two met around ten years ago when the families met up after a celebrity event. The couple admitted to having a family dinner many years ago and state in Justin’s Seasons documentary “who would have known we’d be getting married 10 years later?”. A very cute love story between the two.
Despite always having been in the limelight, Justin Bieber has grown from a child to a man, proving to have changed, grown up, left his antics and pranks behind, and is trying to become a better man for his wife but, more importantly, become the man he hopes to be for a future family. He remains close with his mother and father but is independently growing his career and is building a more positive future with Hailey.
The mini docu-series was released this year on Youtube. A 10 part series, with a new video being released each week, Bieber left fans eager to get a peak into his life. New Album ‘Changes’ and North American Tour
Bieber just released his new album Changes (14th Feb), making this his fifth studio album release. This LP features the changes and essentially the grown up Bieber, over the years. The album has Pop and R&B influences, produced by Poo Bear, famous for having worked with Mariah Carey. The beats have a slick R&B feel to them, harking back to the golden age of R&B (Usher, Justin Timberlake etc.) This is one album that gradually gets better the more you listen to it. Each song is better than the last.

JB released tour dates, debuting on Ellen’s talk show. In May this year, JB will tour 45 dates across North America. With the Purpose tour, Justin broke the records for most shows played in one year; the largest tour by a young star of his age, but he also had to cancel this tour due to physical exhaustion and for his wellbeing. We hope this time the tour has enough breaks and does really well.
Upbringing
Pattie did not have such a stable upbringing herself as she was involved in selling drugs, using herself and funding her lifestyle. This wasn’t healthy at all and was a very hard environment for Justin to come into while his mother was so young. Although he found his roots through music, his mother encouraged him to get involved in talent shows at a young age. Justin now plays drums and guitar really well.
